1. Mounting on wall or ceiling

It is technically possible to hang the screen on a wall or ceiling, but we do not recommend it. The reason is that the internal spring mechanism may wear out over time if the screen is stored vertically, and it will stop rolling up on its own.

If you decide to mount it anyway, you will need to purchase hooks or brackets from other sellers (these are not included in the package). Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide links to other sellers.

  2. Blue sleeve (locking ring)

Sometimes the locking ring that adjusts the height can get stuck. Try the following steps:

    – Detach the screen from the tripod and work with the stand only. Hold the tripod below the ring and twist the ring counterclockwise to unlock.

    – If that doesn’t work, place the tripod horizontally, press slightly on the pole, and turn the ring at the same time.

    – As a last resort, gently heat the ring with a hair dryer. The plastic will expand and make it easier to release.
